SIGNS OF QUALITY 'IN FOOD SURVEY ON THE UNIVERSITY
We continue our investigation on how the Italians intend quality. We asked 500 people , representative of the Italian population they consider to be signals of quality in food . Of course depends on the type of food that goes to consider. We note, however, ever, that the sections of naturalness and freshness are the main references. And beyond the brand that there is approximately 30% of the citations are other elements to make their appearance: information on the label is the key element to evaluate several aspects concerning both the characteristics production as the supply. 25% of the quotes are concerned, surprise, something completely alien to the organoleptic characteristics of the product: respect for the rights of workers by the manufacturer . A new signal to mean quality.
